So, the details on this are pretty sketchy... but supposedly a man was seen struggling and then vanished out in Slocum Lake near Island Lake, IL.... but a couple different of villages' authorities were dispatched to the scene... and I'm not sure whether it is a paranoid woman making a phone call or something bad...Either way, this was the scene earlier tonight... divers, boats and helicopters looking for signs of the person...
